Cavan is passionate Funtional Health Educator, Physcial Intelligent Coach and Corporate Wellness Facilitator. In the area of stress management, energy management thru nutrition & rest and endurance building and resilience development for corporate professionals, he offers a uniquely practical approach while remaining inspirational & convincing.
His journey to functional health started in 2017 after learning about his mom's chronic health issues. Along the way, he now realizes that optimizing one's wholistic health (both body & mind) is the only way to create a sustainable Happy, Healthy and High-Performing lifestyle in all aspects of life.
His Mission is to assist his clients to cultivate a sustainable lifestyle momentum so they can thrive in all aspects of lives with joy, ease & grace. His approach to workshops and 1-on-1s often include physical movements, sensory awareness creation, & habitual creation.
